Welcome to Poise Strategy ("Poise", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://poisestrategy.com/ (the "Site") and the purchase and receipt of the Poise Interview Readiness Pack (the "Product" or "Report").
By accessing the Site, completing the assessment, or purchasing the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase the Product.
Poise provides a personalized interview preparation service. The Product is a 10-page personalized PDF report (the "Report") generated from your responses to a 12-question assessment ("Assessment"). The Report includes, among other elements, an action plan, a purchase-and-avoid list, a seven-day countdown, a night-before checklist, an interview-day sheet, and a consultant letter.
Price. The Product is offered as a one-time purchase of $19 USD. There are no subscription fees, recurring charges, or hidden costs. You are purchasing the Product once, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to purchase the Product again in the future.
Delivery. After we receive your payment, we will deliver the Report to the email address you provided during the assessment process within 48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery is by email in PDF format.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase the Product. By making a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement.

The Report is generated automatically with the assistance of artificial intelligence (DeepSeek) based on the answers you provide in the Assessment, and is reviewed by a human for quality assurance before delivery.
Accuracy of inputs. The quality of the Report depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate answers to the Assessment. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the Report that result from incomplete or incorrect information you supplied.
No guarantee of results. The Report provides general guidance on interview preparation, professional image, and personal presentation. It is provided for informational purposes only. We do not and cannot guarantee that you will receive a job offer, pass an interview, or achieve any particular career outcome. Interview outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including your qualifications, the specific role, the employer, and market conditions.

The Site, the Product, the Report template, all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software used on or in connection with the Site are the property of Poise or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT ($19 USD).

You may stop using the Site and the Product at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 8 (Limitation of Liability), 9 (Indemnification), and 13 (Governing Law) — will survive any termination.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms indicates when the most recent changes were made. Any changes become effective when we post the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or the Product after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and each party hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Poise regarding the use of the Site and the Product, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
